And there was much rejoicing in the theater when the main credits appeared alongside the old Fairy Tail theme from 2011, rather than the new one composed for the 2014 comeback. The mixture of both old and new themes represented in the film are reflected in its soundtrack Yasuharu Takanashi does a fantastic job with their battle themes in particular.
